WillsRecord is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant creative environment for creators, listeners, businesses, partners, and the wider community. We do not tolerate harmful, abusive, illegal, deceptive, or dangerous conduct on the Platform. All users are expected to contribute to a safe and responsible ecosystem.

The following content is strictly prohibited: • Hate speech or discrimination • Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or other forms of targeted discrimination • Terrorism or extremist content • Promotion or glorification of violence • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) • Child exploitation content • Pornographic or sexually explicit content • Non-consensual intimate content • Revenge pornography • Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices • Copyright infringement • Trademark infringement • Harassment, bullying, or abuse • Threats of violence • Doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of personal information • Impersonation intended to deceive others • Malicious software or harmful code • Illegal activities or criminal conduct • Content designed to exploit, manipulate, or harm users Zero-tolerance enforcement applies to severe violations involving child safety, terrorism, exploitation, or serious criminal activity.

Users may not: • Harass other users • Engage in targeted abuse • Repeatedly contact users against their wishes • Organize harassment campaigns • Encourage attacks against individuals or groups • Doxx or expose private information • Threaten, intimidate, or bully others WillsRecord may take immediate action against accounts engaged in abusive behavior.

Content that promotes, encourages, glorifies, or instructs: • Suicide • Self-harm • Eating disorders • Dangerous challenges • Violent acts • Criminal activity may be removed immediately. Where appropriate, WillsRecord may provide users with relevant support resources or safety information.

All AI-generated, AI-assisted, or synthetic content must comply with the Trust & Safety Policy, AI Content Policy, Copyright & Ownership Policy, and Terms of Service. Users remain fully responsible for content created using AI tools. "The AI generated it" is not a valid defense for policy violations.

Users are solely responsible for: • Uploaded content • Generated content • Comments and interactions • Messages and communications • Platform activities conducted through their account Users must ensure all content complies with applicable laws and Platform policies.

WillsRecord reserves the right to: • Monitor platform activity • Review content • Investigate reports • Analyze behavior patterns • Detect abuse and fraud • Use automated and human moderation systems Monitoring may be conducted to protect users, maintain compliance, and ensure platform integrity.

Users may report violations through: • In-platform reporting tools • Content reporting features • User profile reporting tools • Support channels • safety@willsrecord.com Reports should include sufficient information to assist investigations.

WillsRecord may take one or more of the following actions: • Content removal • Content restriction • Warnings • Temporary feature limitations • Monetization restrictions • Earnings suspension • WillsCoin forfeiture • Account suspension • Permanent account bans • IP restrictions • Referral to law enforcement authorities Enforcement decisions may be based on severity of violation, repeated misconduct, user history, legal requirements, and platform safety concerns.

Where required by law or where public safety is at risk, WillsRecord may: • Preserve evidence • Cooperate with law enforcement agencies • Respond to legal requests • Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities

Users may request review of certain moderation decisions through designated support channels. WillsRecord reserves the right to determine whether a decision is eligible for review. Certain violations, including those involving child exploitation, terrorism, or severe criminal activity, may not be eligible for appeal.

WillsRecord may publish transparency reports, safety updates, policy changes, or enforcement statistics to help users understand how the Platform maintains safety and compliance.

WillsRecord may update this Trust & Safety Policy at any time to reflect legal developments, platform improvements, emerging risks, technology changes, or regulatory requirements. Updates may be communicated through website notices, dashboard alerts, email notifications, or platform announcements. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version of this Policy.
