Payout Terms

These Payment & Payout Terms govern the processing, verification, distribution, and management of creator payouts and other eligible payments on WillsRecord. By participating in any payout program, users agree to these Terms, the Monetization & Payout Policy, WillsCoin Policy, Terms of Service, and all related Platform policies.

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party financial service providers. Such providers may include: • Stripe • PayPal • Approved banking partners • Other authorized payment processors Availability of payment methods may vary by country, region, regulatory requirements, and provider availability.

To receive payouts, users may be required to: • Maintain an active account • Complete identity verification • Meet minimum payout thresholds • Comply with Platform policies • Pass fraud-prevention reviews • Provide required tax documentation where applicable Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in payout restrictions or delays.

Available payout methods may include: • PayPal • Stripe bank transfers • Debit card payouts • Local bank transfers • Other approved payment providers WillsRecord reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payout methods at any time.

Eligible payouts may be processed: • Weekly • On-demand • Monthly • Through other approved payout cycles Processing times depend on payment provider processing speeds, banking systems, verification reviews, and regulatory requirements. WillsRecord does not guarantee specific payout delivery times.

Before receiving payouts, users may be required to complete: • Identity verification (KYC) • Government-issued ID verification • Selfie or biometric verification where permitted • Tax verification • Fraud-prevention reviews • Compliance checks Verification requirements may vary based on jurisdiction, payout amount, and regulatory obligations.

WillsRecord may deduct applicable: • Payment processor fees • Currency conversion fees • Regulatory compliance costs • Banking fees • Tax withholding obligations where required by law Any applicable deductions will be reflected in payout records where appropriate.

Users are solely responsible for: • Reporting income • Paying taxes • Meeting local tax obligations • Complying with applicable financial regulations Where required by law, WillsRecord may collect tax information, issue tax documentation, report earnings to authorities, or withhold taxes.

WillsRecord actively monitors for fake streams, bot activity, fraudulent engagement, payment abuse, manipulated rewards, multiple-account schemes, and unauthorized payout activity. Where fraud or abuse is detected, WillsRecord may freeze payouts, reverse earnings, suspend monetization, restrict account access, terminate accounts, or pursue legal remedies.

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, WillsRecord may suspend payout access, require re-verification, restrict withdrawal functionality, or apply inactive account procedures permitted by applicable law. Users are encouraged to keep account information current and maintain access to registered contact details.

Where supported, payouts may be issued in USD, local currencies, or other approved payout currencies. Currency conversion rates are determined by payment providers or financial institutions and may fluctuate over time.

WillsRecord is not responsible for banking delays, payment processor outages, currency conversion fluctuations, third-party service interruptions, external compliance reviews, or financial institution processing delays. Users acknowledge that payout processing depends in part on third-party providers outside WillsRecord’s control.

WillsRecord shall not be liable for delayed payments, provider processing issues, incorrect user-provided payout information, verification delays, regulatory restrictions, or financial institution actions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

WillsRecord may modify these Payment & Payout Terms at any time. Updates may be communicated through website notices, dashboard alerts, email notifications, or platform announcements. Continued participation in payout programs constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
