This Monetization & Payout Policy governs creator earnings, WillsCoin rewards, cashouts, payouts, fraud prevention, and monetization activities on the WillsRecord Platform. By participating in any monetization program, users agree to this Policy, the Terms of Service, WillsCoin Policy, Copyright & Ownership Policy, and all other applicable Platform policies.
WillsRecord uses a listener-driven reward system powered by: • WillsCoin rewards • USD-equivalent payouts • Creator engagement incentives • Future monetization features and programs Creator earnings are based on eligible listener engagement and other monetization opportunities approved by WillsRecord.
Creators may earn rewards from: • Listener engagement • Qualified streams • Platform reward programs • Promotional campaigns • Creator incentive programs • Future monetization opportunities General reward principles include: • Full song plays may qualify for full rewards • Partial engagement may qualify for proportional rewards where applicable • AI-generated and human-created content are treated equally unless otherwise stated • No minimum follower count is required to participate unless specified by a particular program WillsRecord reserves the right to modify reward calculations, eligibility requirements, and earning structures at any time.
WillsCoin is the Platform’s virtual reward system. Users may be able to use WillsCoin for: • Eligible cashout programs • Platform features • Promotional tools • Premium services • Creator rewards • Other approved platform benefits Availability of features may vary by region, account status, subscription level, and program eligibility.
100% of eligible listener-driven rewards are allocated to creators under the applicable reward system. WillsRecord does not take a direct revenue share from WillsCoin earnings generated through eligible listener engagement. Separate fees may apply to: • Payment processing • Currency conversion • Taxes • Third-party financial services
To qualify for payouts, users may be required to: • Maintain an active account • Complete identity verification (KYC) • Meet minimum payout thresholds • Comply with Platform policies • Pass fraud and compliance reviews Minimum cashout threshold: $10 USD (or equivalent value in WillsCoin) Eligibility requirements may change periodically.

WillsRecord provides earnings visibility through creator dashboards and reporting tools. Users may access information regarding earnings, rewards, cashout history, transaction records, and monetization activity. WillsRecord may also publish platform-wide reward, payout, or transparency reports from time to time.
To maintain a fair creator ecosystem, WillsRecord actively monitors for: • Fake streams • Artificial engagement • Bots • Click farms • Manipulated traffic • Reward abuse • Multiple-account fraud • Payment fraud WillsRecord may investigate any activity suspected of violating this Policy.
WillsRecord may withhold earnings, reverse rewards, suspend monetization, freeze payouts, adjust balances, or forfeit rewards where fraud, abuse, manipulation, policy violations, technical errors, legal obligations, or security concerns are identified.
If an account is suspended or terminated, WillsRecord may review outstanding balances before releasing any eligible funds. Users must comply with all verification, compliance, and fraud review requirements before payouts are approved. WillsRecord reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards associated with policy violations.
WillsRecord may introduce additional monetization opportunities, including but not limited to: • Fan tipping • Creator subscriptions • Merchandise integrations • Licensing marketplaces • Sponsorship programs • Brand partnerships • Advertising revenue programs • Premium creator services Participation in future programs may be subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements.
WillsRecord does not guarantee earnings levels, listener engagement, revenue amounts, monetization eligibility, or continued participation in reward programs. Creator earnings depend on user activity, platform performance, program rules, and other factors.
WillsRecord may modify this Policy at any time. Updates may be communicated through website notices, dashboard alerts, email notifications, or platform announcements. Continued participation in monetization programs constitutes acceptance of any updated version of this Policy.
