After completing the online WAVES Partner Application Kit, the next step is the official onboarding journey that takes a Partner from administrative approval to successfully hosting their first live WAVES session and earning through the WAVES ecosystem.
This process ONLY begins after a prospective partner completes all required online documentation.

Admin Review & Partner Approval
Internal Administrative Screening
WAVES Administrator reviews:
- Partner identity and location
- Community reach and niche
- Preferred schedule/time zone
- Entry option selected
- Agreement acceptance
- Code of Conduct acceptance
Outcome: Approved / Pending / Declined
Partner Approval Email Issued
Once approved, the administrator sends:
- Official Acceptance Letter
- Partner ID Number
- Onboarding Checklist
- Support Contact Channel
The applicant officially becomes a WAVES Partner.
Account & Partner System Activation
Partner Track Setup
Two Entry Paths:
Partner activates either a Premium, Pro, or Enterprise Account to unlock:
- 10%, 20% or 30% referral commission (based on subscription plan)
- Streaming eligibility on songs created using paid subscription units
- Dedicated referral tools
- Partner dashboard access
- Higher earning opportunities across the WAVES ecosystem
Partner receives:
- WAVES Official Free Partner Account
- Official WAVES referral link with 5% discount for referred users
- Eligibility to earn rewards for every confirmed Premium or Pro Creator successfully referred and trained
- Opportunity to upgrade to a paid partner account at any time for higher commissions
